Kirchhoff's Laws HTML5

Summary

Electrical quantities like voltage and current are measured for three simple circuits to demonstrate the fundamental laws governing electrical circuits:

  • Ohm’s law
  • node laws
  • circuit laws

For each circuit, a graph allows us to follow the development of current intensity as a function of voltage for different values of resistance.

Move the voltage and resistance tabs to change their values.

Learning goals

  • To understand Ohm’s Law.
  • To understand the law of the circuit nodes and the laws governing electric circuits.
