How to Read a Food Label HTML5

Summary

Our body needs energy in order to function. It finds this energy in the food that we eat.  We all have different needs depending on our sex, our age, and our level of physical activity.  Knowledge of the foods we eat is essential for our health.  There are no good or bad foods. It is up to us to create balanced meals that are adapted to our needs.

Food labels indicate the amounts of nutrients contained in a portion of the food in question, and what  part it provides of the daily nutritional requirements recommended by nutritionists  (calculated on the basis of 2000 kcal for an adult).

Select a food.

Click on the areas of the label to display information.
